  • Is it safe to shop with you?

    We take the security of your payment and personal information seriously. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

  • Can I get my product personalized?

    It depends on the the product. We can brand almost all so you can email us on info@bagsdirect.co.za for quotes.

  • What do I do if my items were damaged when I received them?

    First check that your order is covered by our Returns Policy and if so, you can then log a return through contacting us.

  • Do you deliver over seas?

    We only deliver within South Africa.

  • How do you deliver?

    We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. To ensure express delivery.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. If this date changes, we’ll let you know straight away by email or call.

  • What happens if a product is missing from my delivery?

    You will need to submit a request by email and providing us with your order number. Confirm which item is missing in your shipment received.

  • Can I change my delivery address after I ordered?

    It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please double-check that your address details are correct at checkout.

  • What are my delivery options and how much will it cost?

    Standard delivery is FREE for orders totaling R900 or more.

  • How do I log a return?

    First ensure that your order is covered by our returns policy and if so, you can then log a return through your contacting us with your order number. Please note that only the customer who purchased the item is able to log a return.

  • Can I return my product?

    We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

  • What is your return policy?

    You'll find all the details on our returns page on the footer of the website which is located at the very bottom under customer service.

  • Why is my refund taking so long?

    Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • How do I get a refund instead of a credit?

    You can request a refund. If you paid by EFT using Payfast, you’ll need to provide us with your banking details. All other payments will be refunded via the original payment method used for your original order.

  • How do I place an order?

    Shopping on our website is quick and easy. Click on the product you desire, select your quantity (using the "+" and "-") and then click add to cart. Once you done go to your cart in the top right hand corner. Fill in your details and select the payment method.  

  • How do I cancel an order?

    If you've received your order confirmation but not yet paid for your order, then no need to worry. If you have paid already, your order can't be cancelled and your items cannot be returned to us after they've been delivered.

  • How can I pay for an order?

    We have lots of safe and easy ways to pay, such as MobiCred, Instant EFT, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & Zapper

  • Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

    It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation email. If you'd like to buy additional items you can place a new order.

  • Why haven't I received my payment confirmation email?

    You’ll receive your payment confirmation email once we’ve received payment. If you haven’t received it yet you can check your order history under your account profile to make sure your payment has been processed successfully.

  • How do I change my password?

    Go to the top right of our website, go to Account and click on ‘Edit Account’, then simply complete the Change my password fields and click Update.

  • How do I register an account on Eco Lifestyle?

    Registering an account is easy. To get started you’ll need an email address and at least one contact telephone number. You’ll also be asked to create a unique password to keep your account safe. Make sure it's memorable.

  • I have forgotten my password, how can I access my account?

    Don’t worry, go to ‘Log in’, click on the link next to “Forgot your password?”. Enter your account email address and we will then email you instructions to your account email address on how to create a new password.

  • My email address has changed, how do I update this on my current account?

    Log in with your email address, that your account was registered with, and your password, go to Account > Edit your account information., Change your old email address to your new one and save your changes. Your new email address will be your user Login from now on.

  • What is a combo?

    Combos consist of two or more individual products which, when are bought together as a bundle for a discounted price.

  • When will out of stock be back in stock?

    All out of stock items will be replenished as soon as more stock is available to us.

  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

    Go to the top right of our website, go to Account and click on ‘Edit Account’, then simply complete the unsubscribe newsletter field and click Update.

  • Can you give me more information about a product?

    We provide all the available product information that we have on every product page. You’ll find all the important details under 'Description'.
