How can I pay for an order?
We offer several safe and secure SSL encrypted online payment methods to pay online including MobiCred, Instant EFT, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Zapper and a bank transfer with our banking details.

How much is delivery?
South Africa:
Free Delivery: R750+ orders
R90 Delivery: R1-R499 orders
R120 Delivery: R500–R 749 orders
R650 Overnight Delivery: 1-2 Days
R65 Same-Day Delivery: R499+ orders (Cape Town CBD & Atlantic Seaboard)
Southern Africa:
Anywhere outside South Africa free delivery for all orders over R4,000.
Delivery costs R590 for all deliveries under R4,000.

How long does delivery take?
South Africa:
Orders will take 1-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Southern Africa:
For Southern African countries it will take 10-14 business days.

How to redeem and get discounts?

Once you received your order we will send you an email within 7 days to leave us a review to earn a 10% off voucher.
QR Code
Once you have successfully placed an order with us. On your delivery parcel, there will be a sticker with a QR code. Scan it with your smartphone and follow the steps.

What does "pre-order" mean?
Pre-order products means you are ordering a product that are currently not at our distribution centre in Cape Town. As we import from different countries around the globe including the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, India and Vietnam.
They may take up to 4 months to arrive, we will indicate the estimated date of arrival on each product page. For ordering early, we offer a free eco-friendly gift with your order.
